Having children to take care of means you do a lot of bending and squatting to take care of them. After a while I started developing this pain in my lower back and instead of dissipating it got continually worse. After a while I realized I had developed a chronic pain in my lower right back and couldn’t squat. Now the pain is gone and I can squat after months of treatment. I feel like I have my life back!
