After working with my physical therapist, not only has my lower back pain gone away, but I’ve learned exercises I can do to increase my strength and flexibility so the pain doesn’t come back. We had a two week trip to Europe planned and I had been concerned I wouldn’t be able to handle all of the walking and standing without the pain coming back.
