Being an athlete it is vital to have a working body. You know what I mean. You have to be able to run, walk, jump, kick, and if you can’t then your game suffers. Well, my game was suffering. I couldn’t run and my knee was the problem. After working with my physical therapist at Specialized Physical Therapy I was able to run without knee pain and some quicker pushing off movements. I was also able to kick the soccer ball, pass and strike without any pain.
